Are Antisocial Personality Disorder and Sociopathy two different conditions?

If so, could you tell me the differences please?

I was told that it was likely that I have Antisocial Personality Disorder when I was assessed for it after meeting all the diagnostic criteria for it.

I'm asking this because Wikipedia said Antisocial Personality Disorder and sociopathy are two different conditions.

I want an opinion from someone studying psychology to be a psychologist/psychiatrist.

Or someone who already is one.
