change/ global warming? seriously, do you know that your the only ones left disputeing global warming? everyone else has moved on to what to do about it. ( because it is infact a reality for many of us in our every day lives)

first of all it's not a "theory", it's fact. and the detrament to my home and native land, home steet canada is quite visable. there are entire towns falling into the see in our northern regions, if thats not to our detrament i don't know what is. and now that the north western passage has oppened up in out northern regions people from all sorts of countries includeing the states are tresspassing and trying to steak claim to a part of the globe that is clearly labeled in our borders and on our maps. that is a detrament to us as well because it opens up for international castastrophy.

Yes and we hope to stay that way. Sorry, but Americans do not subscribe to the European socialist agenda. If you want to pay higher taxes for nothing more than an unproven scientific theory, then hats off to you. We are smarter (except I can not rule out Obama doing something stupid like Cap N trade).

Name a single "reality" that has detrimently effected you because of the theory of global warming?
 
In the U.S. there is a large industry that has been set up to spread large amounts of mis-information on GW this is coming through groups like Heartland and a number of others. They have tried to spread this overseas I know there are smaller similar groups in Australia and N.Z. but they get little media attention here and are basically just reprinting the same info coming from Heartland.

You may want to try that one again, after reading a history book or two, try replacing daVinci with Giordano Bruno who actually did work related to Copernicus or Kepler a contemporary of Galileo.
DaVinci was a genius no doubt, but didn't work on any of this, he worked in Art, Anatomy and Engineering. You seem to have also missed that Copernicus based his work on an original Greek theory that the Sun was the center of the solar system so it wasn't really a new theory even in the 16th century.
