Are Amazon and Lightning Source still engaged in a dispute?

I heard about a dispute between the two companies that had occurred two years ago, and I searched the internet, but I was unable to find where that dispute currently stands. The only thing that I know is that CreateSpace, who also uses Lightning Source to print books, is selling titles primarily through Amazon. Lulu is another company that uses Lightning Source, and they are also able to sell through Amazon with apparently no restriction.

All the same, however, I would like to know more about the current status of the dispute, because, as I'm sure you've all heard before, correlation does not imply causation.

IOW, Better safe than sorry...
