Yes since they are black too then they blend with them, it's only when they talk then you come to know that they are from Africa

Yes, thats what they do when they come to America.
I'm from Jo'Burg (Johannesburg) and the blacks in South Africa act just like the African Americans except 20 times worse. People are influenced by people who look like them. So if a black person in a random African country sees an African American shoplifting, than the african child would be more inclined to doing the same crime.
I just recently moved to California, (many whites are leaving SA because of the ANC took over, etc) and I see how blacks act in America.
