Are 2009 Acura TSX parts compatible with 2005 Acura TSX parts?

A friend of mine has a 2005 Acura TSX.I can get parts for cheaper than the listed price on Acura.ca but are this parts, which are for the 2009 TSX which is all new, compatible with the 2005 model?
 
depends what parts. i would saythe inside parts like suspensions and under the hood parts would be compatible, but the body: bumpers, fenders, etc.. i really dont know, probably not.
