"Archer" - Season Two - Talkback (Spoilers)

Episode 2.05: "The Double Deuce"
 
Woodhouse is awesome - about time he finally told Archer off.

("You great flapping twit!")

Not hard to see where Archer gets his insensitive nature from, in his dear old mom - who seemed even more insensitive tonight in taking care of Archer's "son".
 
I love the little throwaway reference at the end that suggests he does it pretty frequently and gets away with it because Archer is such a doofus.

Regardless, this was an awesome episode and it was nice to see the "Archer's Baby" subplot getting worked in again.
 
Thoughts on the episode:

Nearly wet my pants when Malory yelled, "For God's Sake, Pam!"

The anime girlfriend was worth a good laugh.

Loved the run about not having a weapon when Archer was fighting the ninjas.

Looking forward to next week. :D
 
Hulu finally started putting up episodes of Archer's second season. I watched the first two and it's as sharp and hilarious as ever. Kudos to the second episode which throws numerous continuity and in-jokes from even back in the first episode of season one! This show simply gets more and more amazing.

Cheryl being that stupid never gets old, but hey, the classics never do.

Also, the show was picked up by FX for a third season. It will be 16 episodes.
 
Thoughts:

Was really on the edge of my seat during Act 3

Loved the running bit of Sterling and Malory assuming Sterling was Hitler for Halloween when he was actually Charlie Chaplin
