I have been looking at some fish to put in my new 55 gall aquarium, and I have found two fish i would like to buy, but first I need some answers. 1.) How do I get the right amount of salt in the water (because archer fish are brackish water fish.)? 2.) How many could I have in 1 tank with an Australian Rainbowfish?(the rainbowfish is about 2.5-3 inches) and finally, 3.) What kind of insect should I feed them? 4.)How fast do they grow?
Oh, and 1 more thing, i have 2 other fish tanks so I know how to cycle the tanks and stuff, and I am aware that archer fish grow to 9-10+ inches in captivity, but if I buy a few while they are still 1-2 inches, and they wont grow that long in very long, i might be able to get a 100 gal tank by the time they get too big. I just need to know how fast they grow i order to do so. Thanks for the answers. ^^
