[Arcade Game] Can not remember the name of a game I played when I was kid?

All I remember about the game is 2 characters.

An indian guy with 2 skills: transforming himself into meteor and summoning a bison beneath him.
A small old lady with 2 skills: Life drain and making a large projection of your head and hitting you with it.
