If I sent someone who I don't talk with regularly an email just saying "happy Ramadan and and how are you and I hope you are well" and they sent me back something like "hi Happy Ramadan how are you, I'm good and I hope you are good too and happy upcoming Eid" So my question is does this person expect a reply to that email or was she just sending it to be polite since I sent her the first email?
