Hi again wildflowers or anyone else
Have just posted general result of nerve root injection-not good :(
However I really want to try the core stability route seriously before giving up on everything (I'm so so fed up and in pain just now). Tell me more about aqua therapy please...

Hi Jacqueline. the aqua therapy turned my situation around, I am now in tolerable pain. It had alot to do with being in the warm soothing water, it relaxed me and my bones and joints enough to be able to loosen up everything. It's hard to believe that there is more then one thing going on in our bodies in relation to pain. On dry land my pain increased because it was just to hard on my body, in the water my body just moved with ease and I was able to exercise easily. The only thing I regret is it took so long to get me into the water, i suggest if you ever have to have any kind of surgery or proceedure, get yourself in the water as soon as possible. I know there are alot of other P.T. and exercises out there on dry land, but why wouldn't one want to do what is easier and smoother for the body. The key to less pain is to relax as much as possible, which loosens up the grip pain has on us. Have you noticed that when you are more fearful and stressed the pain increases. Water feels right for me. I hope you find something to ease your pain, you deserve a break, even if it's for a brief time while in the water. Blessings!

Hi to both of you. I just had my 45 minute pool session this morning. It keeps me walking. Even though it's hard to get up and get to the pool early in the morning when it's not crowded, I am always glad I went. I learned all the PT and now just continue with the routine. I don't think I could live with my lurabar problems without strong meRAB unless I used the water.
