i want to do a low cost but relaxing and beautiful apartment patio garden. i don't have much of a green thumb and want to be able to grow some nice flowers and tree type plants. and a few herbs and if i get into it some small veggies. and info, tips and what not is helpful. what would be my best option for plants. and remember i want to keep it fairly inexpensive and movable for when we move. thank you
