apps not installing properly on ios 4.0/4.0.1

while installing applications in iphone only some apps are not installed,
itunes gives some error

"app was not installed on iphone because you are not authorised for it on this computer"

but my computer is already authorised.

other applications including downloaded from itunes store and from other sites are installed properly

all this apps were installed properly when i was using OS 3.1.3

i have installed appspatch and using iphone 3g ios 4.0.1
