Approximately how many calories am i burning when I ride the stationary bike?

I ride it for 60 minutes straight. It is arm and leg motion. I keep a medium pace, and a few times within the workout I do higher intensity (sustaining for about three to five minutes). Right after I do 75 crunches followed by the pilates abs series, then a stretch while I'm loosened up, and cool down.

I am 5' 2.5" and weigh 109 pounds and am trying to lose five pounds, so I want to have a good idea of how many calories I am burning in the work out routine.
