Hey everyone, I use to work out at my alumni school's gym (weights) and yearning the thoughts of the past - the habit and fore-mostly shape. with that in mind, I want to go scavenging around for the best buy prices...used or new are just fine with me...and with everyone, I do have a budget in mind..my max would be $250 (check this out: http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/spo/1726238943.html)...

I'm not looking into doing intense workouts for some amateur, ambitious career...like weight-lifting, Olympics...simplicity is the best at this point...I do want a bench...that's a definite...

counting the bar (45 lbs.), the plates themselves could be 35 lbs., even 25 lbs. is appropriate each (max)...and later on, if I want to, I can build up with heavier plates..

should I look around on the classfieds (Craigslist) and/or in-store (i.e., Sports Authority, Walmart...)?
