apple shares plummet because the iPhone sucks

i guess thats assuming you never used a cell phone in your life and never had any sort of plan. Even the $100 plan is like 30 dollars more than what i pay now. Its not like that adds up to 2 grand even over a year.
 
Why do you keep mentioning that "Poster said phone doesn't cost $2000 over one year"? The ARTICLE is what I was referencing, NOT him, and the ARTICLE said $2000/two years.. I was showing HIM how HE was wrong in even typing $2000/year... if he thought it was $2K for one year, he's an idiot.

There is one major reason why the iPhone isn't doing well. I can sum it up in the multiple times I've heard this line:
"I'd probably buy an iPhone, if I didn't have to go to AT&T"

thats the problem.

Regardless of how "close" they were with Verizon. They're not. And how do we know what the reason was? We don't.

AT&T sucks, so does verizon, sprint, whatever. People would have complained no matter what carrier they chose.

Fact is, it's the fastest selling cell phone in history. Done.
