i recently inherited(claimed would be a better word,lol) my uncles power book g4, and it needs a few updates,namely flash player, but it wont let me update anything without the administer password. it automatically logs in, so turning it off and on is no problem. im running 10.4.11, and the OSX install disc was lost during the bustle of his death, so is there an other way i can update my stuff?!?i tried using my friend's 10.5 install disc, but it wont even let me install that without the password...im so lost...should i just get a new laptop?i really like this computer though, so if anyone can help, please do so!
