Apple max x os help pleeeeasee ?

I got an apple mac x os laptop .
when i goto the internet (safari) its not full screen,i pressed the green button at the top few times,but it is still not full screen and ive got no clue about mac laptops couse i just got one today and ive never used it before ! help ! Ill pick the best answers soon !!
 
Yeah, Apple is a little dickish when it comes to "looking cool." There are three diagonal lines at the bottom right corner. Click on them and drag.
