Apple Mac Boot Camp Question?

Just confirming this;

If I install Windows on my Mac through boot camp, can I get rid of that partition and give the space back to OSX easily?

And if I choose to restore my Mac to how I bought it, will running the OSX install DVD overwrite the Windows partition so all space is used for OSX again?
