So I have had my Ipod nano 4th generation for a year now. All of a sudden it has this white screen with black stripes on it. I've searched on yahoo and on google, so far to fix this problem i see that i can either reboot it or restore it. I've already restored it THREE TIMES. I can not reboot it however because as i hold on to the menu button and select button and wait for at least 10 seconds... (more like 30..)
the apple logo never appears.
My ipod can still play music perfectly.
I just can't see what the heck i'm listening to
Please help and please give me either a good place to go to for support (I've already tried self services on apple website, and the troubleshooting), or just maybe an answer explaining why I can't seem to either restore or reboot my ipod xP
Yeah i know it's the 'white screen of death' and wow before i do say goodbye to it, i'm just gonna be listening to random music on it xD.
Hey, maybe there is a solution, never hurts to hope even though it's best to have the worst expectations
