My iPod has been being acting up, so i called apple and the guy said that it could be an hardware issues, but then he brought up water damage or accidental something. So when i was done talking to apple, i googled some stuff and i found out that apple has a tendency to lie about the water damage, saying that's what the problem is when its not. I want to make sure that's not going to be the case. Is there anything else that it could be so I dont end getting scammed by apple? Thanks!
(P.S.- I already looked in the headphone jack like the apple site told me and it is definitely not red, its white)
