Apple iPhone 4 Connection Problems?

I Have An iPhone 4 And The first rime that i connected it to the computer some options came up and i closed them instead of reading them. Now Whenever i connect my iPhone to the computer the computer doesnt read the iPhone and doesnt connect. Need Help Dont Know What To Do! If I Have To Download Apple Software Or Something Then I Will So Long As Someone Knows What To Do
