Ok...so i have a little acne problem(its not that bad) but i still want my skin completely clear. And i've been hearing alot of things about how ACV helps with acne, but i dont kno wether to put it on my face or drink it( doubt i can do because its disgusting!) I'va also heard stories of people getting rashes from putting it on their skin, so should i dilute it or anything. Oh yea the ACV i have isnt oranic its reagular and 5% diluted! PLZ HELP...thankz

hi there

i wanted to answer your question but i'm not sure, so i did a search on this board. try that, and you'll see people have recommended both applying to the skin and drinking it.

i have drank it before, and it is true it does not taste good. i found it tastes much better at room temperature, diluted in room temperature water, rather thank drinking it cold.

I would suggest you drink it diluted. Some people use the ACV, green tea (it is said to make the ACV nasty taste go away, plus its great for the skin), and honey. I just drink the ACV with water, the taste is nasty, but who cares when it makes your skin so smooth. You can also use it topically, diluted or undiluted depenRAB on if your skin can take it. Oh yeah, get the organic it is way better.

If you put it on your skin dilute it with about 1 or 2 parts water and slowly work up to a stronger solution. Vinegar is acidic so it helps maintain the proper pH level of the skin and can help it shed dead skin cells. I'm not aware of the benefits of drinking it, but have heard you mix about a teaspoon of it in a bottle of water.

NOT SURE BUT I THINK ON THE BACK OF THE BRAND BRAGGS) IT HAS THE WAY TO MIX IT TO DRINK. I KNOW IT'S GOOD FOR ACID REFLUX AND I BELIEVE IT'S FOR DETOX. THAT WOULD BE GOOD FOR SKIN. I PERSONALLY WOULDN'T PUT IT ON MY FACE. DERMO COULD HELP YOU WITH NEW WAYS OUT.

I use only the apple cider vinegar, not white.
It does do great things for the skin, it acts like an astringent but also conditions it, wet a cotton puff with water first, then apply the vinegar to that, this way it's diluted. The skin feels so soft afterwarRAB, I used it on a rough patch of skin one time, at first I thought, Oh, Oh, cause it burned a bit, but then the hole thing just cleared up and went away, amazing!

I dilute it and put it on my dogs coat, clean and shiny, when it drys there's not smell at all.

I use it diluted on my hair too, gets rid of that winter flake so common in cold dry climates.

Clean my floors with it too! lol....Yes, I think it a great green natural all purpose product. I could go on and on, but basically I go through a lot of it. Diana
