Apple Cider Syrup

Use this apple cider syrup on pancakes and waffles, or use it to top or
accompany bread pudding, baked apples, or other desserts.
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter
2 cups apple cider
1 cup brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
Preparation:

In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. When butter stops
foaming, add the apple cider, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to
a boil, stirring. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring
frequently, until reduced by half to about 1 to 1 1/4 cups. This will
take about 15 minutes. The syrup will thicken as it cools.

This entire recipe is plagiarized. Hard to say from whom,
because Google brings up 21 "scraper" sites that have it.
It might be this one:

Google brings up 11 sites with this recipe. Again, hard
to tell who if any is the original from which the others
have stolen, but it may be this:

In any event, nobody wants to see plagiarized recipes
you've stolen and never tried. Especially from a
foodbanter asshole.
