Apple Announcement for September Products (2010)[new touch]?

when does apple do their announcements for new products that will be released in september? im wondering because for the past 3 years the ipod touch was released in september and i want to know if there will be a new ipod touch coming this september as well, hoping that maybe it gets a new design kinda like the iphone 4 or something with maybe a camera? idk. i just want to know if there will be a new touch this september just like the past 3 years? when does apple announce this kind of stuff/
