I had an appendectomy on the 27th of April. The surgeon discovered my small intestine had an inflammation and he diagnosed me also with Crohn disease. In one month I will have also a colonoscopy to confirm it 100%.
Because of the treatment involved I gained some weight. I try to be active as much as I can, but I am not the sportive type.
Is it ok for me to start using my stepper (will the surgery be affected?)? I have one of those “lateral steppers” – you go up on it and you glide on sides with your legs.
