tell him to quit whining? How would you feel if you found out your boss was trying to get rid of you.

What if they sign Byron Leftwitch and trade Cutler to the Jets for Thomas Jones and a first round pick?
 
I'd look for another job with the bosses top competition. Jay will have to wait or fagedabout it.
 
trade him to minnesota after the vikings sign TJ Houshmandzadeh. That'll keep him happy.
