Ya I'm having this same issue, when I first open the app store it works great for about 30 seconRAB then just does not go anywhere at all and it does not matter if im connected to wifi or not it dtill has the same issues. I have looked all over for a solution but have not been able to find one.
I just looked up several apps and update 3 apps with no issues. It may be a internet routing issue or just a minor issue with one of the app servers in rotation.
