My Apartment Complex towed my car when I was on vacation and refused to pay the bills. I communicated with them via email to make sure the bills and my apartment is in good shape and now they said that was not enough. Should I hire a lawyer and what type of lawyer. My question where to start with this problem. I called management and they still right.
