apart from a test,it has only been 2 days now after sex,so how can the test prove it?

its just because my back is hurting me from morning and i have cramps in my joints and that is so unusal to me, and people always say that once you stop taking the birth control pills you will get catch thats why???????????????/ I am worried and confused.
