Answer: I disagree with this statement for many reasons, because if a poor country is only concentrating on agriculture and doing the best in it. It will make a large amount of benefits for their country because they will have a lot of crops and more than they need to support their family they can import it to other countries so that way they will gain many benefits such as money, or trade with other things they need. Therefore, they will have better quality and quantity causing them to create more goods. They can transform it into a manufacturing business.
