Anyway to add my plug in my ipod in my car?

I have a sub and amp with a stock radio so i hooked up the amp using an rca adapter. I no they make adapters for ipod hookup like this one http://www.installer-parts.com/by_item.php?it=AIP-RCA could i use that? if so please explain how! thanks
also anyone know of any good 6x9 speakers that would sound good with a stock radio for my 2001 sunfire
 
you could if you have rca inputs, or you can get an fm transmitter, but it won't help with charging
