Can you put something on the zit to atleast make it samller like toothpaste or somein overnight?. When I get a big zit it usually stays for about 3 weeks before its totally gone. What can you use to make it disappear quicker?

Get some hydrogen peroxide (very cheap) and soak some on a cotton ball and hold it to the area for 5 minutes. It will sting at first quite a bit and be fairly red, but by morning it should be totally dried up or at least minimized significantly. Leave it on overnight. I did this to a few pimples I had and I noticed right after applying it, that it was smoothed over. I used 70% which is not recommended by most people, but it's the perfect strength for me.

You could try benzoyl peroxide or before you go to bed, you can put honey on a q tip, spread it around on the pimple, and then cover it with a band aid.

Expensive but works - Zeno

Slightly less expensive and works great - MaMa lotion

Cheap - a really hot towel for a few minutes and bp lotion

I use Head n Shoulders shampoo as a spot treatment. I have a small trial size bottle that I keep in my makeup bag. It does dry the skin, so I use vitamin e oil or emu oil on top of it.

I'm a picker. For me, the biggest problem I had was I would pop a zit...and then it would scab over and look gross (and I'd end up picking it again). I love love love NuSkin (liquid bandage). It burns when you apply it, but it helps acne scabs to heal quickly with less occurrence of scarring.

Last night used the St. Ives clay mask as a spot treatment on a couple pimples that appeared for the first time yesterday. (I whine like a little girl whenever I have a breakout.) They did go down quite a bit. Too early to tell if the clay stuff is a reliable spot reducer, but last night had success, anyway.
