I am checking out a 2005 Evo 8 GSR next weekend that looks nice. Only 26k miles and perfect condition (or so the dealer says...no rust, blemishes, etc). Photos seem to back up his story
A friend of mine told me to watch for the 3 lights associated with the gravel/tarmac/snow control thingy...if all three are lit up, then it'll cost a few grand to replace the mechanism. Plus I already know to get the turbo hose replaced (or fixed) if it hasn't been already, cuz there was a recall on some of those.
Anything else I should watch out for?
