anything i ca do to make my 1990 Chevy truck more fuel efficient?

Is their maybe a new injector System i can use. It is fuel injected but i was wondering if their was something els i can do. I get about 20-21 mpg in it after i gave it a tune up
Its a 305 V8 motor

3 keep tire pressure up..keep it tuned,,full of oil and coolant...

You have a 1990 chevy truck that gets 20 miles to the gallon! Even with the smallest V6 available that is great fuel economy for somthing that old.
 
The easiest thing to do is planning your trips better. Make a list of where you have to go doing errands etc and then try to do them in a single point to point trip. Your truck can't use gas if you don't have to run it!
 
New air filter, tune up, fill up the tires to specified pressure, and free flowing exhaust system. Driving style is probably number one. Putting your foot in it at every light doesn't help gas mileage. If your model doesn't have overdrive, adding an overdrive transmission helps.
