Anything good out for 360 right now?

I just got a $100 gift certificate for my birthday so I think I'll treat myself to a new Xbox 360 game. I currently own Kameo, COD2, PGR3, and Oblivion. But to be honest, my 360 is really a waste because I pretty much only play Forza.

Anything good out for it right now? I saw Final Fantasy in the store, is it decent? Or maybe something coming out in the very near future?
 
Ive had oblivion since launch pretty much, and didnt play it much after the first 2 days. Boy was i stupid. I put it back in the other night, and decided to join the dark brotherhood, then do some main quest. Well from there i just talked to people and got a ton of other quests.

Now im addicted, leveled up to 6, got some nice magic weapons, and some cool armor.

Its a little slow at first, but damn its fun.
 
Took me a while to really understand what in the world was going on. Now, I have probably 45 hours of play time on that stupid game... I do like that I can turn it off when ever though. I hate it when you are stuck in a game because you can't save or quit with out losing everything.
 
Moto GP comes out on Monday I believe. If you're a fan, definitely get that.
Fight Night Round 3
Hitman is fun on my PC but it's the same for 360.
Burnout Revenge
GRAW is good but I don't really play it anymore.
