Anything better than a 5 day workout?

There are no resting periods as I don't workout on weekends
I have alot of time since i only go to school until 1 pm and dont work until three thirty pm
I have protein shakes

Would i benefit from a 5 day workout hitting a major body part a day or is it better to hit multiple times a week?
Any additional tips would be appreciated!
