I am kind of at my wit's end with this sciatica issue. It gets worse every year and went from just being on the lower right hand side to the left hand side.
I am back in physcial therapy and that is not helping. I have gone to the chiropracter and that has only had minimal effects. I did acupuncture but it is not covered so it is difficult to make visits.
I have two things to ask for feedback on. I am really hoping there are fellow people who have had sciatic issues like me for several years and have tried different therapies.
1) First, I did some bed shopping recently since my old mattress is 10 years old and was sinking in the middle. after trying alot of mattresses i decided based on what I read and the time I spent laying on it, to get the Simmons Beauty rest Next generation memory foam using a firm fit at the 250 thickness or thread count.
Has anyone used that model? My first night was last night and it seems to have made my sciatica worse!! Or maybe it just takes time to get used to the memory pad.
thanks SO much for your feedback. Anything I can offer advice on let me know and I can also send DVRAB to you on the following subjects - well at least some of them!
1) dating (for men - how to be more succesful with women etc)
2) life skill stuff (Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer etc..)
3) spanish (lived in Spain for a year)
4) anything about Chicago
5) tantric massage
