...approach? I'll be starting a new job in the HIM department calling doctors regarding incomplete chart documentation. This hospital hasn't fully moved to an EHR system yet. From what I understand, some of these doctors are, shall we say, difficult? These are good doctors - charting just isn't high on their priority list.
Any tips on how to approach them in a way that might lead to better cooperation from them when I call?
