I'm good at drawing anime, but I don't have time to sit down and come up with a good story.
It needs to be pretty short, around 20 pages? 40 at most. If I like your ideas we can make it longer?
You would have give detailed descriptions of the characters and scenes, but I'd be doing most of the work.
