Anyone using Orb successfully with Cingular?

I've got my N73 and I know i've got data working on it. Without a doubt. However, when I pull up Orb, I can browse it and all, but when I click on something, it loads the playlist, and then Realplayer tells me it can't connect.

I've gone into my orb settings and tried both Real and 3gp and automatic speed test and whatnot and I get nothing.

Is anyone using this successfully?

Dont forget Real player has settings of its own. Check the access point in use for real player in real player-options-settings-network-access point in use

Default Access Point: MEdiaNet
Online Time: Unlimited
Lowest UDP Port 6970
Highest UDP Port 49000

Advanced:
GPRS Bandwidth - 28.14
EGPRS Bandwidth - 84.42
UMTS Bandwidth - 268.80

No proxy settings.

Since im not with cingular im not too sure for the settings but change the access point to one of the other cingular ones.

In most cases there should be 3 with most companies

one for mms
one for wap
one for html/gprs

Since im not sure MEdiaNet is for which of these services it cant hurt to change the APN and see. Also could be certain ports are being blocked by Cingular which I know has occured with some companies and certain services

That's the only access point I have. It works with every other program, from any web browser to Symtorrent/Symella, etc. I could create another Access Point and copy the settings but disable the proxy. I have to do that with Nav4All on my E62.

I've used it on Cingular with my N80. I can use it to listen to music when I connect with the medianet access point but I can't stream videos. Using Wifi I can do both without a problem. I'm not sure what my settings are because I've never had to change anything.

Hope this helps.

Thanks alot, but I'm still getting the same error message with those settings. I have cable internet on my laptop, so I'm not sure why I'm having troubles.

Can you get anything to work? Like I said I can play music files on edge but not video. I get the same error as you when trying to stream video. Using wifi everything works fine though.
