I'm just got cobalt blue for my hair
I usually use manic panic, or chromashine
I've used splat(pretty good) and beyond the zone(suckkkkk so bad)
So i was wondering if anyone has any opinions on n range
Like is it any good, how fast does it come out, do you like it, is it true to the color
