anyone use an ab lounge to help lose weight after baby?

I had a baby almost 6 months ago. I need to loose about 45-50 lbs to get back down to my pre pregnancy weight. I replaced all the junk food with healthy food, started walking 4 miles a day, and doing crunches and leg exercises to start losing weight. I am slowly starting to lose, but my back and neck are killing me from doing the crunches on the floor so i was wondering if an ab lounge would help or if anyone has had experience with it? I was told by several people that after you have a baby that you must tone up while losing weight or else you will have skin hanging over your blue jeans. any advice or experiences? by the way im only 19 so ive heard that it may not be that hard to lose it, but please do share any experiences or thoughts
