So I read somewhere that there is a procedure we can do to fix up by
1- Drinking 3-4 glasses of water on empty stomach - It makes sense to put on weight on the stomach so that its easier to drop
2- stand on toes, then jump in a strong way high hitting the floor on your feets flat. Then just before hitting the floor exhale sharply to raise the diaphragm a little.
This can also be done jumping 2 steps down as well.
I am not sure I have hiatal hernia, but I will do this tomorrow and in a few days will report back.
