...legal? We have a fenced in yard and we keep our dogs (german shepherd and beagle) out there most of the time. Well, there is this creepy guy that comes up to our fence and talks to our dogs and gives them treats, but he doesnt even ask if he can give the dogs the treats. I work overnights so i sleep during the day and when he comes up to the fence, our dogs bark so i have a hard time sleeping through that. One time, i was asleep when it sounded like someone was hurting my beagle, he was out there wimpering, so i hurried to peak out the window (he had already stopped whining) and i saw the guy standing on the other side of the fence saying "oh poor henry, wanna treat?" then he threw it almost to the other side of the fence and said "go get it" is it legal for him to be that close on our property and give our dogs treats without asking? what can i do about this? do you think he could be dangerous to my family/kids? thank you all for your help! i appreciate it!!!
