I have been teaching classes at an Adult Education and College level certificate program. If the student completes a certain number of classes they will receive a certificate. It looks good on their resume and hopefully they will learn something.
Trouble is the rest of the Teachers in the Certificate Program will pass the students just as long as they attend class. The students can show up and go to sleep and then still pass.
I want to crack down but first want to come to my Program Manager and tell them what other Certicate Programs do with students who attend but do not participate?
Any feedback?
