Thinking about purchasing a few new DVD`s and a number of new ones are out during the next few weeks. Anyone seen any of the following ?

The Village
Saw
Resident Evil:Apocalypse
Man On Fire
Shark Tale

Any reviews good or bad appreciated.

Bought Collateral yesterday and that is excellent.

i have seen all of them and would recomend most of them on dvd :)

Saw is a great movie and Man on Fire was one of my top 5 of last year ;)

The Village is good for the first time but maybe not for dvd tbh

Shark Tale is really good. Saw it twice at the cinema. i've never done that before.
Love the things that the kiRAB miss and older peoples understand.

Shark Tale - Not seen it, although reviews have generally been unkind to it calling it a poor man's pixar movie.

Man On Fire - Again, not seen it yet - though I thought I might check this one out myself.

The Village - Many felt a little disappointed by this one, although I felt that it wasn't too bad; worthy of a watch, but perhaps not one you'd be happy to spend your hard earned cash on just yet...

Saw - Surprisingly, this is quite a fun little horror/thriller; there's not too much substance, and it's peppered with clich

the village is ok - whole plot built around a ridiculous twist.

saw is excellent, perfect little b movie

resident evil is crap

man on fire is typical tony scott bollocks

shark tale is one of worst films out last year - like a pixar film but without any jokes aimed at anyone older than 5

there was none of that in sharks tale though, just lame puns and martin scorcese and robert de niro thinking them just being in a scene together is funny

easily, it was crap. nasty too just for the sake of it.

haha if they ran all the slow mo at normal speed it would only have lasted 10 minutes :-0

The Village - good film, didnt quite live up to the hype though
Saw - i didnt like this
Resident Evil:Apocalypse - never seen it yet
Man On Fire - excellent film!!!! one of the best of 2004 (a top 5 film of 2004 definitely)
Shark Tale - ok, but not quite finding nemo
