The last properly decent film I watched was a thai martial arts film called Chocolate. That was a couple of months back and have watched plenty more since but all pretty dire.

I think the worst was Observe and Report. Even Year One was better than that. :eek:
 
I just watched The Blind Side which i loved - and recommend
a good family film as well.

and Valentines Day.. which was ok a bit like Love Actually minus the "quirky" ness.
 
The Blind Side is excellent, the Lovely Bones is good too.

Is it just me or are all Jennifer Anniston films always so bad.
 
After Life: Christina Ricci as the girl who may or may not be dead but is about to be buried anyway. Creepy and effective if you don't think about the plot too much and are sufficiently mesmerised by CR's frequent kitoffery.:cool:
 
Just watched A Single Man by Tom Ford, what a great film.

Very classy, elegant, simple story yet touching...no wonder it brought great accolades to Tom Ford.

And Colin Firth was superb. While Julianne Moore was a revelation with her English accent... Meryl Streep has a comptetion here.

It's on Filmflex if anyone has Virgin Media.
