Does Anyone know what this might be?

About 2 weeks ago I was at work and I started to have this wired pulling sensation on my neck. Kinda like my spine was pulling down and now it hurts like theres a lump in my neck?
 
It is kind of hard to tell. It sounRAB like it could be a spasm. I would follow it up with your doctor and see what he thinks.

Are you having any pain down your spine, arms, or fingers?
 
Hey thinks for the reply...I don't really have any pain as much as pressure. And my body feels extreamly tired and weak and times. Mostly just tired and heavy feeling.
