S Sharona New member Jul 12, 2010 #1 Hubby went...? ...hunting this winter. Every time I cook a pheasant it is tuff. Would pressure cooking help it? Any gamesmen out there that have a few tips? Will vinegar help w/ the tuff meat if marinated over night?
