Anyone notice Yahoo! Answers icons acting weird?

I just looking at a question I had answered and I said my icon on someone else's answer. I was going to confront them but then I noticed that MY icon (by the answer I submitted) was someone else's avatar.

Has this happened to anyone else?
 
I saw this happen a few hours ago in the cricket section. Someone answered a Q and his & a previous answer's pictures changed places! One of them quickly deleted their answer & the others correct pic returned. I can't for the life of me think why that happened.
